Along this itinerary we’ll get to thoroughly know Navarre’s gastronomy, from north to south, with vegetables as the main and healthy dish.

We’ll go all over the Community, watching how the different products are processed, from the land to our tables. We’ll try the most typical dishes of Navarre at some of the best restaurants and we will go deeper into the lives of those who preserve our gastronomy, such as cheese, honey and “pacharán” traditional spirit made of the wild fruit called blackthorn or sloe) artisans, who will share with us part of their ancestral secrets and knowledge.

In addition, we will share unique experiences like watching the search of truffles with dogs, enjoying amazing snacks and having a course of authentic Navarre cuisine at one of the best traditional gastronomic clubs in Pamplona.
